The balance is due to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refundable deposit of £100 is to be paid with the final instalment and will be refunded within 10 days of your return date subject to your departure check of the property. All linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not permitted within the house. Families are very welcome but with regards to the pool children must be supervised at all times.
