Helen and Warren will see to it that you feel right at home, away from home. The cosy cave is very clean and has everything you need. Less than half a mile away there's Rosa's shop with delicious bread and a small variety of ham, cheese and more wonderful things to go with the bread ... My spanish just didn't reach far enough to ask what all the other stuff was ... For bigger shoppers there is this fabulous mall only 12 miles away, called L'Aljub. Situated in Elche,it houses a great array of stores including one BIG supermarket and a choice of restaurants on the upper level. L'Aljub can take a day out of your holiday, but worth it all the way. After this you can take a relaxing dip in the beautifully built pool. Loungers and seats available. For the "sports" among us there is a well kept tennis court available.The outside BBQ, positioned exactly right next to the outside table, just does the job ... Grilling some local steaks, burgers or chicken finishes the evening in great style. Thanks again for having us, Helen and Warren ! If you want to get away from the hoards of tourists or need a bit of peace and quiet to de-stress this is the place to stay. If you like playing tennis you will be in heaven. The owners are lovely and very helpful. You will definitely need a car for this location. We are going back again this summer and can’t wait.
